Day 1

Lucknow

Arrive at designated reporting place, report to coach and Proceed to Lucknow – a historically important city famous for its Adab and Tehzeeb, intricate embroidery, beautiful gardens and dance forms such as Kathak.

Day 2

Lucknow

Today explore this historical city by visiting many beautiful sites like Bara Imambara – famous for the Bhul-bhulaiya and a Baoli - a step well with running water. It is said that there are 1024 ways to reach the terrace but only two to come back first gate or the last gate. It is an accidental architecture. Later explore Chota Imambara, British residency, Rumi Darwaza – an imposing gateway of Awadhi architecture, Husainabad Clock Museum, Satkhanda – an iconic 1800s watchtower with a stout octagonal base, Dilkusha Kothi and State Museum. Take a photo stop at Indira Gandhi Planetarium and pass by Chatter Manzil and Jama Masjid. Later enjoy free time for shopping.

Day 3

Lucknow - Ayodhya

Morning proceed to Ayodhya – an ancient city of India and also the birthplace of Bhagwan Shri Ram. On arrival visit Ram Mandir - A famouse hindu temple of Lord Shri Ram, followed by a visit to dasharath Mahal and Kanak Bhawan - one of the finest and famous temples in Ayodhya. It is believed that Kanak Bhawan was gifted to Devi Sita by Kaikei immediately after her marriage to Lord Ram. This is private palace of Devi Sita and Lord Rama. Later explore the ghats on river Sharayu. In the evening photo stop at Ram ki Paidi, If time permits free time for souvenir shopping.

Day 4

Ayodhya - Prayagraj

Morning proceed to Prayagraj. On arrival have a sacred bath in Triveni Sangam. We also visit Anand Bhavan Museum – ancestral home of Jawaharlal Nehru, Prayagraj (Allahabad) fort, Khusro Bagh, lying Hanuman Temple.

Day 5

Prayagraj - Varanasi

Morning proceed to Varanasi. Evening arrival at Varanasi.

Varanasi

Morning we visit Lord Vishwanath Temple, Kal Bhairav Temple, Tulsi Manas Mandir, orientation of Banaras Hindu University followed by visit to Bharat Mata Mandir. In the evening enjoy boat ride to see the beautifully lit Banaras Ghat. Experience the spiritual Ganga Aarti. Later we enjoy shopping of Banrasi saree and dress Material in market.

Day 7

Varanasi - Sarnath - Departure from Varanasi
